AMBER SEA HOTEL OPERATIONS : COVID-19  PROTOCOL  

From 11.10.2021. the hotel has all the services available to visitors with a valid Covid-19 digital certificate of vaccination or disease and an identity document (passport or id). Services are also available to children under the age of 12 without an certificate and children from the age of 12 with an certificate or a Covid-19 test performed at an educational institution that is not older than 72 hours. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

The aquaclub can accommodate up to 8 people at a time. Available only to guests staying at our hotel.

STAFF WORKING ENVIRONMENT
Staff are provided with personal protective equipment: masks, gloves and hand sanitisers. Workplaces are regularly disinfected and staff to undergo regular temperature screening before shift.

GUEST SAFETY
Guests will have access to hand sanitisers in public areas. The hotel does not accommodate guests for self-isolation.

PHYSICAL DISTANCING
The number of guests will be limited in enclosed areas and the required distance indoors.

ENHANCED HOUSEKEEPING
The frequency of disinfection and cleaning of hotel areas has been increased. It has developed stringent guidelines and have established an internal inspection.

ROOMS
Elevated cleaning protocols with increased sanitisation of high-touch areas such as door handles, kitchen cabinet, wardrobe, TV remote controls and light switches. To reduce personal contact during stay, room cleaning is reduced to once every two days.

FOOD
Improved food safety standards and protocols for food reception, processing and service. To control the flow of guests, the breakfast time can be extended in the restaurant, guests are offered a certain period of breakfast.

POOL, SAUNA AND GYM

 The number of visitors to the pool, saunas, gym is limited. The territory will be cleaned after each visit to the groups.
