3 rooms ( 2 levels ) , terrace with  pine forest view on 3 floor , fully airconditioned with kitchinette -  total size 100 m2 .
Living- studio with kitchinette  : LCD TV ,sofa (transformed into bed), dinner table with   chairs .
Kitchinette : refrigetaror, washdishing machine, cooking facilities, sink , washing mashine . 
Parent’s bedroom: queen size double  bed,  coffee table, 2 chairs, personal safe 
Bedroom 2 : 2 single beds ,chair, coffee table,   desk, TV 
Bathroom  on 1 st level : bathtube, hair dryer , bathrobes , slippers 
Toilet  on 2 nd level .

Terrace :  chairs and table
Maximum accomodation : 5 persons (no extra beds avialable ) 

Special booking rules : winter seasomn - minimum 3 nights ; summer season - minimum 7 nights stay.
